Overview

ListAll ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how ListAll handles your data when you use our iOS and watchOS applications.

Data Storage and Collection

What Data is Stored Locally

ListAll stores the following data locally on your device only:

1. Lists: Names and organization of your lists
2. Items: Titles, descriptions, quantities, and completion status of items
3. Photos: Images you attach to items (stored in app's local database)
4. User Preferences: App settings like Face ID lock preference, theme choice
5. Suggestion History: Local history of items you've created (used for smart suggestions)

All this data is stored in:

• Your device's secure storage (Core Data database)
• App Groups container (for syncing between iPhone and Apple Watch)

iCloud Sync

ListAll uses iCloud for seamless synchronization across your devices:

• Your list data is automatically synchronized to your personal iCloud account
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple's iCloud security
• We do NOT have access to your iCloud data
• Only you can access your synced data through your Apple ID
• Works automatically when you're signed into iCloud on your devices

Data We Do NOT Collect

ListAll does NOT collect, transmit, or store:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Usage analytics or app behavior data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Browsing history or search queries
• Contact information or address book data
• Any data from other apps on your device

Permissions We Request

ListAll requests the following permissions only when needed:

Camera Permission

• Why: To take photos for attaching to list items
• When: Only when you tap "Take Photo" button
• Data Storage: Photos stored locally in app database only

Photo Library Permission

• Why: To select existing photos for attaching to items
• When: Only when you tap "Choose from Library" button
• Access: Limited to photos you explicitly select

Face ID / Touch ID Permission

• Why: Optional app lock feature for security
• When: Only if you enable "Lock App" in Settings
• Data: Biometric data never leaves your device (handled by iOS)

iCloud Permission (Optional)

• Why: To sync your lists across your Apple devices
• When: Only if you explicitly enable iCloud sync in Settings
• Access: Your personal iCloud account only

Data Sharing

ListAll does NOT share your data with:

• Third-party services or analytics companies
• Advertising networks
• Social media platforms
• Other apps or services
• The app developer (us)

When You Choose to Share:

ListAll includes an export/share feature that allows you to share lists with others. This sharing is:

• Completely voluntary and user-initiated
• Uses iOS's built-in share sheet (your choice of method)
• Does not involve our servers or third-party services

Data Security

Your data security is protected by:

• Local Storage: All data stored in iOS's secure Core Data database
• App Sandboxing: iOS sandboxing prevents other apps from accessing ListAll's data
• Optional Biometric Lock: Face ID/Touch ID protection available
• iCloud Encryption: If sync enabled, data encrypted by Apple's iCloud infrastructure

Children's Privacy

ListAll does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we don't collect any data at all, the app is safe for users of all ages. The app is rated 4+ (No Objectionable Content) on the App Store.

Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is stored locally and accessible through the app
• Export: Export all your data in JSON, CSV, or plain text format
• Delete: Delete individual lists/items or all data through the app
• Disable Sync: Turn off iCloud sync anytime in Settings
• Uninstall: Deleting the app removes all local data from your device

Third-Party Services

None. ListAll does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect data.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and on this website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• For significant changes, showing an in-app notification
