Tap the + button on the main screen, enter a name for your list, and tap "Create List".

Open a list and tap the + button at the bottom of the screen. Enter the item details and tap "Save".

Tap anywhere on the item row (except the chevron button) to mark it as complete. The item will be crossed out.

Long-press on a list and drag it to the desired position. The order is saved automatically.

Swipe left on a list and tap "Archive". The list is moved to archived lists (not permanently deleted). You can permanently delete archived lists from the Archive view.

Swipe left on a list and tap "Duplicate". A copy of the list with all items will be created.

As you type an item name, ListAll suggests items based on your previous entries. Tap a suggestion to quickly add it with the same details (description, quantity, etc.).

When editing an item, tap "Add Photo" to take a new photo or select from your photo library. You can add multiple photos per item.

In any list view, tap the search icon in the toolbar. Enter your search term to filter items in that list.

Tap the eye icon in the toolbar and select "Active Only" to hide crossed-out items.

Lists automatically sync between your iPhone and Apple Watch through App Groups. For syncing across multiple devices, iCloud sync is built-in (uses your personal iCloud account).

Check that:

• You're signed in to iCloud on all devices with the same Apple ID
• iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud
• ListAll has permission to use iCloud (Settings > ListAll)
• You have sufficient iCloud storage available

Open the ListAll app on your Apple Watch. Your lists will sync automatically from your iPhone. Tap items to mark them as complete, and changes sync back to your iPhone.

Currently, the Apple Watch app is optimized for viewing and completing items. Create and edit lists on your iPhone for the best experience.

Yes! ListAll does not collect, track, or share any of your data. Everything is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Go to Settings in the app, enable "Lock App with Face ID/Touch ID", and choose your timeout preference.

Go to Settings and tap "Export Data". Choose your format (JSON, CSV, or Plain Text) and export options.

Open a list, tap the share icon in the toolbar, select your format, and use iOS's share sheet to send it.

Yes! Go to Settings > Import Data. You can import JSON files, paste text, or import plain text lists.
